Fat to Muscle

Well it's Saturday, this time next week everyone will be enjoying their 4th of July Weekend.  Well except me, well I'll be enjoying it if I'm not working with spending time with my son Nick.  Anyway about 3 years ago I had a bad car wreck.  I was at a red light and a large truck rear ended me going about 45 miles per hour. For the past 3 years I could not weight train cause lifting anything heavy hurt like hell. I have some shit our of wack in my spine.  Lately though the pain has been subsiding and I'm gonna give it a go. This will be about my 20th "give it a go" in past year.  Once you get out of the habit of going to the gym it's very hard to get back into it.  When you used to be a muscle head and to now be a flab head it's hard to think about starting over.  One thing I am going to discuss in this blog is my journey from Muscle Man, To Flab Man and hopefully back to Muscle Man.  Being in shape really makes you have high mojo and being out of shape makes you want to just watch t.v. and order in.  Until my car wreck lifting weights was something I did 4-5 times a week for 17 years, so needless to say it was a habit. I was never to tired or to busy to miss the gym, now any excuse will work and I miss.  Wish me luck, hopefully I'll turn into a inspirational journey and not just opt for LIPO in 5 years.
