Since Facebook became the fad 4-5 years ago, people have used it to act like mini celebrities. From photos of their drinks, food, good times, travel, 700 selfies etc. I became semi BC famous due to a fan page I run, but in reality people know my name but I'm pretty private about my life so I could be any random, Robert. One draw back to being a pseudo Facebook celebrity is people will judge you on your activities. From killing wild game in Africa, to being a single mom getting her grove on at the club often while kids are at home, to falling in and out of love twice a month. I would encourage those who want to be a Facebook celebrity to use Facebook as a publicist. Don't put shit out there unless it reflects on you in a positive manner. This is specially true if you live in the gossip rich County of BC. See there are a lot of miserable people out there and talking shit about what you do, ranks up there with daily Maury Povich viewings or getting their toes did.
Be Famous if you want, but beware Gossiprazzi
Robert
